Job Description
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator 3 to support daily site operations and help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace in Culver City, California. This Contract position works closely with internal stakeholders, service providers, and property contacts to keep facilities services running smoothly and on schedule. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative and coordination skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of on-site facilities support staff and help track the quality and timeliness of assigned work.
• Build productive working relationships with business partners, building management, landlords, and external vendors to support seamless facility operations.
• Assist with contractor oversight by confirming work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with service expectations.
• Support vendor sourcing and service procurement needs, including administrative follow-through for facility-related requests.
• Process purchase orders and help maintain accurate financial records, trackers, and supporting documentation for the site.
• Contribute to monthly financial activities by assisting with accrual reporting and monitoring site expenses against budgets and commitments.
• Perform routine walkthroughs, inspections, and audits to identify operational issues, reinforce compliance, and support workplace safety standards.
• Help maintain emergency response, incident escalation, business continuity, and property risk management practices across the facility.
• Prepare recurring reports and provide project coordination support while helping the team meet service level commitments and performance goals.• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience supporting facilities, office operations, workplace services, or administrative coordination functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines, stay organized, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member.
• Self-directed approach with a detail-oriented, efficient, and adaptable work style.
• Clean driving record required.
