Registered Behavior Technician in Great Barrington, MA

The primary focus will be working one-on-one with a student with Autism, with guidance and supervision from an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on site. Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience with children on the Autism Spectrum, especially in educational settings
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and classroom staff

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as outlined by the supervising BCBA
