Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse or RRT for a full-time Vent Patient Specialist opportunity serving patients throughout Northeast Massachusetts from the Methuen, MA area. This direct hire role is ideal for a licensed RN, RRT, or respiratory care professional with pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience who enjoys highly specialized patient care, technical respiratory equipment, and meaningful interaction with patients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage ventilation patients in pediatric and ALS care settings across the assigned Northeast Massachusetts territory.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and provide specialized education to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Set up, monitor, troubleshoot, and support highly technical respiratory equipment in home and care environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation, equipment tracking, and download records in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Provide on-call consultation support during assigned rotation and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Annualized salary range: $93,600.00 to $104,000.00 per year.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- On-call: 1 week every 7 weeks.
- Territory: Northeast Massachusetts.
- Sign-on bonus: $2,500 after 60 days and an additional $2,500 after 180 days.
