Machine Operator - Horseheads, NY

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually assemble systems using torque drivers and hardware, meeting predetermined production targets.

• Conduct functional testing of completed systems in accordance with established work processes.

• Retrieve necessary materials from flow racks and bin locations to facilitate assembly.

• Perform back-flush operations on computer systems to maintain accurate production tracking.

• Conduct physical inventory counts in designated areas to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S standards.

• Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of protective equipment, to ensure a safe workplace.

• Comply with company security procedures and all other operational policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• No prior experience necessary; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $17.60 - $18.40 per hour

• Schedule Options:

  • 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay Details: $17.60 to $18.40 per hour
