Job Description

A dynamic opportunity awaits for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking to make a meaningful impact in an educational setting during the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time, onsite contract position provides a chance to support multiple campuses across a school district eager to implement and expand BCBA services for the very first time. Working closely with both general and special education students, you’ll play a key role in shaping the district’s approach to behavioral supports.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid BCBA certification
  • Previous experience in a school environment preferred, but not required
  • Strong emphasis on data-driven approaches to behavior analysis and intervention
  • Skilled at collaborating effectively with teachers, school psychologists, and educational staff
  • Organized with a commitment to maintaining thorough documentation
  • Capable of providing a redacted FBA sample and strong professional references upon request

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative BCBA services across three school sites
  • Perform classroom and individual student observations, including within emotional support settings
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create behavior intervention plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings as a behavioral expert
  • Collaborate with district staff on student programming and positive behavior supports
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to educators and support staff

This position is strictly onsite, working 37-40 hours per week, and starts August 17, 2026, through June 10, 2027. You’ll have an opportunity to set the foundation for a new discipline in a welcoming district, guide classroom teams, and help shape a supportive environment for students.

If you’re enthusiastic about driving positive change and fostering collaboration among educators, apply today to bring your BCBA expertise to a district making a fresh commitment to behavioral support!
