Embroidery Machine Operator
Location: Midlothian, VA
Pay: $15–18/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

Now Hiring Embroidery Machine Operators!Qualified Staffing is hiring Embroidery Machine Operators for a growing custom apparel and embroidery company in Midlothian, VA. This role operates multi-head embroidery equipment while ensuring exceptional quality, accuracy, and production efficiency.
What You'll Do- Set up, thread, and operate multi-head embroidery machines
- Read and interpret embroidery designs, work orders, and production specifications
- Load garments and materials while ensuring proper alignment
- Adjust machine settings based on garment, thread, and design requirements
- Monitor production quality and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance
- Inspect finished embroidered products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain production records and workflow documentation
- Assist with order preparation, packaging, and production support as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
- Work with teammates to meet daily production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Embroidery, textile, apparel production, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience operating embroidery equipment is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed
- High school diploma or GED preferred
