Location: Lewisburg, TN | Schedule: Multiple shifts available | Payrate: 1st shift $21.25, 2nd shift $21.50, 3rd shift $21.55/hour

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading HVAC manufacturer to hire a dependable Shop Floor Clerk. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing team, this is a great opportunity to build your career with an industry leader.

What You'll Do

• Fill orders and issue materials from inventory.

• Sort and place logos on products to prepare them for shipment.

• Perform RF scanning to accurately track inventory movement.

• Load and unload materials by hand or with non-powered equipment.

• Count, inspect, and document inventory and materials.

• Help maintain an organized and efficient shop floor.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Availability to complete first-week training on first shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory experience.

• Experience using RF scanners or inventory systems.

Pay Details: $21.25 to $21.55 per hour
