Warehouse Worker - 1st shift (6:00AM-4:30PM) **Month Long Project** Monday Start

Job Description:
As a General Warehouse Worker you are responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving, loading, unloading, sorting, and preparing products for distribution. This role ensures inventory is handled efficiently while maintaining quality standards, meeting productivity goals, and following established safety procedures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient workspace.

Core Responsibilities:
Order Preparation: Retrieve items or handle products brought to your station, inspecting for quality and accuracy.
Loading: Removing boxes off automated conveyor belts and stacking them into a trailer.
Unloading: Unloading boxes from trailers and loading them onto automated conveyor belts.
Receiving: Unloading pallets, depalletizing product, sorting the product then re-pallatize product to be stored away as inventory.
Efficiency: Meet daily productivity and quota standards in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
Safety: Maintain a clean work area and comply with all safety regulations.

Physical Requirements:
-Prolonged standing and walking for the duration of your shift (up to 8-12 hours).
-Frequent bending, reaching (including above eye level), stooping, and crouching.
-Ability to lift, push, pull, and move merchandise weighing up to 20 lbs.
