Job Description

·                     Lead and manage a 3-shift quality department comprising 1 quality engineer and 10 quality technicians

·                     Oversee and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) supporting Medical (ISO 13485) and Automotive (ISO 9001 & IATF) standards

·                     Drive department operations within a facility that is 95% medical and 5% automotive, producing transfer and injection molded parts

·                     Establish and uphold metric-driven and KPI-oriented quality performance standards across the department

·                     Lead the department with robust systems and documentation aligned with QMS standards

·                     Provide daily direction and resolution on all quality issues across the plant

Key Requirements 

·                     Minimum 3+ years of management experience in a medical manufacturing environment

·                     Strong background in ISO 13485 compliance and medical device quality systems (highly preferred)

·                     BS degree in Engineering preferred
