This opportunity is based near Enfield, NH, with a contract running from August 2026 through June 2027. As a key member of the educational team, you’ll provide vital assistance to both staff and students within a high school caseload. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in a school setting is highly valued
• Ability to build strong, positive relationships with students, teachers, and staff
• Comfortable providing academic or behavioral support in a high school environment
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to follow directions, adapt to changes, and multitask efficiently
• Collaborative, reliable, and caring attitude
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 32-37.5 hours per week during the school year

Responsibilities:

• Support students with classroom assignments, individual education plans, and daily routines
• Assist teachers with classroom management, lesson preparation, and behavior monitoring
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress as needed
• Provide encouragement and guidance to help students reach their full potential
• Collaborate with educational staff and participate in regular meetings or training sessions
