Material Handler

Objective: Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment while maintaining safety and accuracy standards

Core Responsibilities

• Label, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Perform shipping/receiving + inventory tracking
• Enter shipping data (FedEx / UPS systems)
• Pick, pack, and organize inventory
• Load/unload materials and maintain stock organization
• Deliver orders locally to customers
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse environment
• Interact with customers regarding deliveries/orders

Required Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Basic computer skills (email + Microsoft Office)
• Strong attention to detail and safety adherence
• Experience with:
• • Shipping & receiving
  • Inventory / data entry
  • Loading & unloading materials
• Ability to:
• • Work independently and on a team
  • Multitask in a fast-paced warehouse

Nice-to-Have:

• Forklift operation + delivery driving experience
• Online shipping systems experience
