Caregiver Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need senior care provider with experience to provide ADLs and respite care for my dad. My mom is primary caregiver right now but cognitively declining and can't do it herself anymore. My sister and I are trying to step 8n too but with work schedules it is not sustainable. May be very part time to start due to private pay but could increase hours if VA funding gets approved.
