Home Health Aide Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: I got out of rehab yesterday. I had surgery and everything went south. After a month and a half in hospitals and rehab Im home. But Im not strong enough to do everything on my own. Shower etc. About the care needs: Someone of my faith preferably. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
