Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have a dear friend who recently widowed. He has 2 amazing kids that are 8 (girl) and 13 (boy). He is desperately in need of having someone that can help run the household. He would prefer someone who could help out with housekeeping. He would prefer a nanny, though the kids are pretty self sufficient, who is also comfortable with pets as there are 2 dogs. I think 3 days a week is a good starting point though I think he is flexible. He would like someone that can run the kids to errand if necessary (there is a vehicle available if necessary), clean the house a bit, and do some meal prep. Overall, just lighten the load on someone who is suddenly an only parent.
