Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

We need someone to be active with them, not on their devices constantly. We need someone reliable and able to handle day dates, overnights, and at least 1-2 vacations where we are gone for anywhere from 3-7 nights We would like to find a babysitter who is long-term. The current one stayed with us for 7 years but has decided to venture into other ways. 3 kids. Ages: 3, 9 & 11 Happy to discuss more.
