Nanny Needed For My Children

We are expecting twin boys in September. We are looking for a nanny to care for them five days a week while we are at work. Experience with newborns is important and twins or multiple small children is a plus. We are looking for someone whose methods, routines, and guidance are grounded in developmental science, utilizing structured frameworks for sleep, behavior management, and nutrition. We hope to find someone who will grow with our family longterm for years to come.
