Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for someone to look after my baby for a couple hours, three days out of the week when I return to work from Maternity Leave. I work from home but do intend on working in a coworking space either on my property or outside some of those days. Right now, we have a lightly structured nap schedule. Shes an easy baby who is developing quickly so I would appreciate someone who is able to engage in playtime with her without screen time. Light house work would greatly be appreciated but not required. Just clean up after yourself.
