Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Monday, Tuesday every other Wednesday 3 kids- currently 5, almost 3 and 15 months 7 am- 4 p.m. Expectations are: -take/pick up my oldest from kindergarten with little brothers in tow ( it's a short walk to our neighborhood school) -k hours 8-2so it does lighten the 3 kid demands for a majority of the shift Drop of 3-year-old at preschool every Tuesday (short drive) Pick up preschooler then kindergartener -put baby down for naps -Helping kids pick up toys when they're done playing and clear/rinse their plates -Phone use to a minimum because of my safety anxieties and want for kids to feel cared for -sometimes older 2 require some conflict management and redirection
