Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

Looking for a part-time helper for Wednesday from 1-5 and Thursday from 2:30-5. Every other Friday would be great, but that's negotiable. My child is 7 and on the spectrum. Ideally, I'd like someone who understands kids on the spectrum and who has worked with them before. We live in Arlington and we have a small black cat. I also have a 6 yo, but he has after school care, so he's not around. I'd like to have someone pick him up from school, drive him home and entertain him until I get home from work. We are about a 10 minute drive from his school. I would prefer someone who lives within a 10-15 minute drive due to traffic, etc.
