Start Date: Every other Thursday (once fully cleared)

Job Summary\n

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to join a regional tertiary care obstetrics unit providing care for both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies. Candidates must be willing and able to float to the Mother Baby unit when Labor & Delivery census allows.

• Document patient care using Cerner, Surginet, and Fetallink.
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active West Virginia RN License or Compact RN License (pending accepted at submission)
\n
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
\n
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
\n
• Cerner experience required
\n
• Experience with: \n
  \n
  • Labor & Delivery
  \n
  • OB Triage
  \n
  • Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)
  \n
  • IV Starts
  \n
  • OR Circulating
  \n
\n
• Scrub experience preferred
\n
• First-time travelers accepted based on overall experience
\n

Schedule & Additional Information\n

\n
• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
\n
• Schedule Options: 3x12 or 4x12
\n
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
\n
• Floating: Required to Mother Baby unit
\n
• Block Scheduling: Not permitted
\n
• 100-mile local radius rule (75–99 miles considered case-by-case)
\n
• COVID Vaccine: Not required
\n
• Flu Vaccine: Required during flu season (Oct. 1–Mar. 31) unless medically exempt
\n
