\n Position Summary:
\n -The Orthopedic Travel Surgical Technician (ST) provides specialized support for orthopedic surgical cases across multiple sites, including the main hospital and outpatient surgery center.
\n -When not assisting Orthopedic cases will be expected to assist in other surgical cases.
\n Qualifications
\n -Current Surgical Technician Certification, Minimum 2 years' Operating Room experience with orthopedic focus.
\n -Experience with orthopedic implants and grafts required.
\n -Strong understanding of sterile technique and perioperative standards.
\n -Flexibility and strong orthopedic expertise are required, along with the ability to support additional surgical specialties as needed.
\n -Adaptability to different teams, workflows, and case volumes required.
\n -Experience with robotics and advanced surgical technology.
\n Primary Responsibilities:
\n -Provide intraoperative support for orthopedic surgical procedures. Manage orthopedic implants, grafts, and instrumentation.
\n -Maintain knowledge of orthopedic procedures including total joint and sports medicine.
\n -Support General, Urology, Uro-GYN, GYN, ENT, Neuro, Podiatry, and Robotics when not assigned to orthopedic cases.
