Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting serving rural counties.
\n
• Perform Oasis Assessments and Start of Care cases.
\n
• Manage a daily schedule of 4-6 patient visits using a point system.
\n
• Utilize a tablet to track time and patient visits effectively.
\n
• Adapt therapies to address common cases such as elderly falls and fractures.
\n
• Ensure documentation is completed using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) system.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Licensed Physical Therapist with license in hand at the time of submission.
\n
• Minimum of one year of home health experience required.
\n
• Experience with Homecare Home Base software is essential.
\n
• Must have current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
\n
• Ability to work independently in rural and urban settings.
\n
• Flexible with clothing requirements: business casual or Hunter green scrubs with white or black top.
\n
