Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate and treat patients, primarily orthopedic and neuro cases, with an average daily caseload of 10-12 patients.
\n
• Manage acute inpatient, Swingbed rehab, and outpatient care with focus on treatment efficiency.
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.
\n
• Exhibit proficiency in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality patient interactions.
\n
• Adhere to facility scheduling, clocking in, and compliance procedures.
\n
• Complete required documentation such as record requests and authorizations efficiently using the Cerner system.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate experience; 3 years preferred, particularly in inpatient settings
\n
• Previous experience with Cerner charting system preferred
\n
• Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload in various rehab settings
\n
• Strong communication and organizational skills
\n
