Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate and high-quality care during labor and delivery.
\n
• Collaborate with a team of nurses and unit clerks to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Manage high-risk labor, including c-sections and antepartum care.
\n
• Utilize equipment such as Alaris pumps and Monica Novii telemetry effectively.
\n
• Adhere to unit policies, including oxytocin administration guidelines.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Meditech/CPN system.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital L&D RN experience required.
\n
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN required.
\n
• Experience in circulating c-sections preferred.
\n
• Expertise in high-risk labor and delivery room procedures desired.
\n
• Compassionate, caring, and patient-centered personality is essential.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team nursing environment.
\n
