System Validation Engineer

• Responsible for SoC and E2E system validation plan development and execution
\n
• Develop FW tooling for debug and validation
\n
• Understand system HW/SW/FW components as a whole and perform test execution and debugging
\n
• Power and performance characterization on pre-silicon platforms and post-silicon validation boards
\n
• Create diagnostic and validation tools to test firmware functionality, performance, and reliability
\n
• Able to work in an agile environment, adapt to changing roadmaps, and adapt validation plans based on changes.
\n

Skills:

\n
1. Hands-on experience in bring-up and validation of complex SoCs. 3+ years of embedded systems or firmware development experience
\n
2. Experience in scripting languages like Python preferred; ability to read and debug FW/ BareMetal code in C, high level of proficiency in C (preferred)
\n
3. Familiarity with firmware testing frameworks and automation, proficiency with JTAG debuggers
\n
4. Basic ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues
\n
5. [Preferred] Knowledge and experience with pre-silicon validation platforms (e.g., FPGAs and emulators).
\n
6. [Preferred] Proficient in lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, analyzers,
\n
7. Good verbal and written communication skills.
