Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Perform sterile techniques for Foley catheters insertion and central line dressing changes.
\n
• Interpret electronic fetal monitoring and manage labor and delivery care.
\n
• Initiate intravenous lines and administer medications and drips such as Pitocin.
\n
• Provide care for patients with level II maternity conditions.
\n
• Work with obstetricians and neonatologists who are on-call 24/7.
\n
• Participate in unit-specific orientations and use Cerner Power Chart Maternity for documentation.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license in the state of Arizona.
\n
• BLS certification and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification are required.
\n
• Experience with electronical fetal monitoring and the ability to perform supervised vaginal exams (SVEs).
\n
• Competency in starting intravenous lines and managing Magnesium Sulfate.
\n
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system is preferred.
\n
• Ability to meet the requirement of working one full weekend every three weeks and one major/minor holiday.
\n
