Job Summary\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient coverage. \n
- Manage a patient load with general degenerative conditions, post-surgical cases, worker's comp, and trauma. \n
- Offer wound care to certified patients as needed. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans. \n
- Educate patients on rehabilitation exercises and strategies for optimal recovery. \n
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. \n

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred. \n
- Valid State License is required at the time of submission. \n
- References demonstrating 2 years in the specialty submitted for. \n
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload in a rural clinic setting. \n
- Experience with both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation therapy. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
