Registered Nurse - CTOR
Assignment Duration\nThis is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule\nDay Shift: 4x9.5-Hour (06:30 - 16:30)
Job Description\nWe are seeking a Registered Nurse for the CTOR department. The successful candidate will have experience in cardiovascular procedures and be adaptable to a variety of patient care scenarios.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries. \n
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to their needs during procedures. \n
- Assist in TAVRs, CABGs, Laser Lead Extractions, Pericardial Windows, Valve Replacements, and Aortic Dissections. \n
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. \n
- Float to the Main OR as needed after 2:30 PM. \n
- \n
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with a focus on cardiovascular care. \n
- Active NJ or Compact RN license required at the time of submission. \n
- Certifications: BLS, NIHSS required; ACLS preferred. \n
- Experience with EPIC charting system is preferred. \n
