Job Title: Travel PCU / Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift
\nJob Description: Join the exceptional nursing team at Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lee's Summit, MO! We are actively seeking an adaptable Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN for a 13-week travel assignment at this 240-bed community hospital. You will manage a 1:5 ratio, caring for a diverse patient population including cardiac, respiratory, and post-cath patients. First-time travelers with community hospital experience are welcome to apply!

- Target Start Date: 08/17/2026 \n
- Shift: 12-hour Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM). 36 guaranteed hours per week. \n
- Scheduling: Includes an 8-shift weekend commitment per 6 weeks. Block scheduling is not available for this role. \n
- Time Off (RTO): Maximum of 7 days of RTO permitted per contract. \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required, with strictly required community hospital experience. Must be proficient with telemetry, cardiac drips, and non-invasive airway management. \n
- Certifications & Licensure: Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required. You must have an active state/compact license in hand (pending licenses are not accepted). \n
- Floating: You must be highly flexible and willing to float regularly between departments, units, or other facilities within your scope of practice. \n
- Radius Policy: Candidates must reside at least 75 miles away from the facility. Local candidates will not be considered. \n
