Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Provide physical therapy services to both inpatient and outpatient settings.
\n
• Evaluate and treat patients with spine-related and joint pain issues.
\n
• Plan, implement, and document therapy programs tailored to individual needs.
\n
• Manage scheduling flexibly, coordinating with the inpatient care team as needed.
\n
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical charting using Cerner EMR.
\n
• Engage in pre-surgery and post-surgery rehabilitation, focusing on hip and knee replacements.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license and BLS (AHA) certification required.
\n
• Professional experience in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings.
\n
• Strong expertise in hip and knee replacement procedures and post-operative care.
\n
• Ability to handle up to 13 patient appointments daily with a 45-minute focus window per patient.
\n
• Demonstrated capability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic medical records, specifically Cerner.
\n
