Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical surgical patients.
\n
• Serve as a swing RN for critical access to ensure seamless care transitions.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
\n
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols, including artificial nail restrictions.
\n
• Document patient information accurately using the EPIC charting system.
\n
• Adapt to flexible scheduling with potential cancellation of shifts as needed.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license with the ability to submit credentials upon request.
\n
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association required.
\n
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred.
\n
• 12 months gap required before reapplying as a traveler with prior CommonSpirit Health experience.
\n
• BSN not required for this position.
\n
• TNCC certification preferred but not mandatory.
\n
