Our mission is simple: to provide our community with exceptional meat from our farm and other local farmers, while creating a dependable way for those farmers to process and market their livestock directly to consumers.

Butcher & Meat Cutter:

Meat Preparation: Cut, bone, trim, and grind farm fresh meat into retail-ready steaks, chops, and roasts.

Packaging & Display: Weigh, wrap, and label products to create eye-catching, attractive meat displays to maximize retail sales.

Customer Service: Greet customers, process special orders, and recommend appropriate cuts and preparation methods.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track sales trends, and place orders with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory.

Sanitation & Safety: Adhere to strict health, hygiene, and food safety regulations by cleaning equipment, countertops, and storage areas
