Salary:

\n
    \n
  • A salary range of $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 is available for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Provide a full range of HQ’s support for the USMC Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) across program management, policy review/compliance, audit, data analytics, training, systems support and other administrative mission support related to the GCPC program.
  • \n
  • Tracking, maintenance, analysis and reconciliation of financial information.
  • \n
  • Collecting, analyzing and managing program information and data.
  • \n
  • Develop strategies and action plans.
  • \n
  • Maintain a SharePoint site for information dissemination.
  • \n
  • Maintain database records.
  • \n
  • Respond to audit requests and data calls.
  • \n
  • Assist in the development of multi-media briefs/projects and providing responses to customer requests.
  • \n
\n

Security Clearance:

\n
    \n
  • US Citizenship required
  • \n
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret
  • \n
\n


\n

Education and Experience:

\n
    \n
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • \n
  • 8+ years of specialized experience in Government Purchase Card or Supply and Logistics
  • \n
  • 8+ years of experience in managing and directing DoD projects and programs
  • \n
  • Experience with e-business systems involved in GCPC payments, delegations, audits and administration
  • \n
  • Business process mapping and documenting internal controls
  • \n
  • Analyzing data to improve metrics
  • \n
  • Communicating policy, procedures, regulations and program changes, initiatives and other requirements
  • \n
  • Interpreting DoD, DON and other federal regulations and ability to apply requirements to the GCPC program.
  • \n
\n

Preferred Additional Skills:

\n
    \n
  • DoD experience combined with knowledge of the USMC purchase card program to include as an Agency Program Coordinator
  • \n
  • Understanding of Purchase Card Business Process and associated systems from procurement actions through financials. E.G. Experience with E-Systems involved in GCPC payments, delegations, audits and administration
  • \n
  • Experience interpreting DoD, DON and other federal regulations and ability to apply requirements to the GCPC program, along with expected impacts to process, procedure and policy.
