\nWe are seeking a Journeyman Business Specialist* with immediate availability that will thrive in a challenging and rewarding process-oriented environment.
\n*This is a contingent position dependent upon contract award.
\nLocation:
\n- \n
- Hybrid (Primarily remote) \n
- Periodic travel to Naval Support Facility in Arlington (NSF-A) or the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. \n
- Travel to Marine Corps Regional Contracting Offices (RCOs) to conduct audits/training will be required on an annual schedule. \n
Salary:
\n- \n
- A salary range of $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 is available for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. \n

Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Provide a full range of Headquarters support for the USMC Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) across program management, policy review/compliance, audit, data analytics, training, systems support and other administrative mission support related to the GCPC program. \n
- Tracking, maintenance, analysis and reconciliation of financial information. \n
- Collecting, analyzing and managing program information and data. \n
- Maintaining a SharePoint site for information dissemination. \n
- Maintaining database records. \n
- Respond to audit requests and data calls. \n
- Assist in the development of multi-media briefs/projects and providing responses to customer requests. \n
Security Clearance:
\n- \n
- US Citizenship required \n
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret \n
Education and Experience:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s Degree \n
- 4+ years of specialized experience in Government Purchase Card or Supply and Logistics \n
- DoD experience combined with knowledge of the purchase card program to include supporting GCPC Agency Program Coordinator (APC) functions. \n
- Understanding of Purchase Card Business Process and associated systems from procurement actions through financials (e.g. Experience with E-Systems involved in GCPC payments, delegations, audits and administration). \n
Preferred Additional Skills:
\n- \n
- Experience interpreting DoD, DON and other federal regulations and ability to apply requirements to the GCPC program, along with expected impacts to process, procedure and policy. \n
