Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive case management assessments.
\n
• Develop and coordinate discharge plans.
\n
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
\n
• Utilize Meditech and Midas for patient documentation and management.
\n
• Work closely with physicians and mid-level providers in a dynamic environment.
\n
• Provide support and collaboration within the case management team.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 1-year current acute care case management RN experience.
\n
• RN or licensed social worker with active KS licensure.
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
\n
• Experience with Meditech and Midas systems preferred.
\n
• Previous HCA case management and hospital experience beneficial.
\n
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
\n
