\nContract Details:

- Target Start Date: 08/07/2026 \n
- Shift: 12-hour Rotating Shifts (Days and Nights). The facility will attempt to honor shift preferences but requires candidates to be flexible to rotate if needed. 36 hours/week guaranteed. \n
- Holidays: Includes an every other holiday commitment. \n
- Time Off (RTO): All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission. \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- Experience (Strict): You must have 18 months of recent Stepdown experience. Additionally, the facility strictly requires 18 months of combined permanent staff experience in your specialty. \n
- Certifications: Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required (AHA or American Red Cross). \n
- Licensure: Must hold a permanent Ohio State or Compact RN license in hand at the time of submission. \n
- References: Must have at least 1 recent supervisory reference (Manager, Director, ANM) from the past 12 months. \n
- Floating: Must be willing to float to the ED and other stepdown units (J1-2, J33) to care for the same patient population. \n

- You must be able to pass an ECG rhythm test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation. \n
- Nurses are currently exempt from the facility's nicotine-free policy. \n
- Candidates cannot have any open background cases or license hits. Fingerprinting is highly time-sensitive upon receiving a contract. \n
