Our Servers are passionate about the senior population and strive each day to enrich their lives.\nStarting wage $17.00-$19.00 DOE with the opportunity for increases and growth!\nMust be flexible with scheduling.\nIdeal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as:\n • A commitment to Touchmark’s values (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers\n • A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe\n • The willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality\n • The ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests\n • Reliable\n • Be able to read, write, and speak English\n • Must be 16 years old\n • Experience preferred but not required.
