Pay & Benefits:

• $55,000-60,000/year starting compensation (Base + Bonus + Commission)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead day-to-day salon operations with energy, professionalism, and attention to detail
\n
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers outstanding customer service and sales results
\n
• Drive memberships, retail sales, and service revenue through relationship-building and proven sales strategies
\n
• Create a clean, welcoming, and positive environment customers love
\n
• Monitor sales performance, manage budgets and cash handling, and oversee daily administrative tasks
\n
• Build community awareness through local marketing and in-store promotions
\n

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years leadership or management experience
\n
• A natural leader who enjoys motivating, coaching, and developing others
\n
• Passionate about sales, customer service, beauty, wellness, and creating confidence for customers
