Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a rewarding opportunity with a supportive team? New Lebanon Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate and dependable nurses to join our Weekend Warrior Program.

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure excellent resident outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Promote resident comfort, dignity, and well-being
RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Current Ohio nursing license in good standing
Strong clinical and communication skills
Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
