LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse | Nightingale at Arkadelphia | Part-Time & Full-Time

About the Role:
As an LPN at Nightingale at Arkadelphia, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, and documenting assessments and outcomes. You'll also support our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with state and facility standards
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Support CNAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions
Uphold infection control, safety, and quality standards
Promote dignity, respect, and a positive resident experience
Requirements:
Active LPN license in Arkansas
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Position Details:
Full-Time and Part-Time Available
All Shifts: 7–3, 3–11, 11–7
