Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure our clients receive consistent and high-quality service.
Identify potential market gaps and develop strategic plans to expand our footprint in the Rochester area.
Mentor and guide newer agents, sharing best practices to improve overall team performance.
Manage high-value accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for complex insurance needs.
Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate favorable terms and customized packages for our policyholders.
Maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions and policy changes to ensure full compliance.
Requirements
Valid state-issued property and casualty insurance producer license.
Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales and account management.
Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage options.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a professional network from the ground up.
Advanced proficiency in agency management software and digital documentation.
Strong background in local market analysis and community engagement.
