Responsibilities
Oversee and drive the strategic growth of our insurance sales operations throughout the region.
Recruit, support, and provide ongoing mentorship to independent agents and agency partners.
Develop and implement sales strategies that increase market share and improve customer retention.
Serve as the primary liaison between our carrier partners and the field sales force.
Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Foster a collaborative and encouraging environment where agents feel empowered to grow their own practices.
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
Proven track record in managing and scaling insurance sales distribution networks.
In-depth understanding of the Pennsylvania insurance market landscape.
Strong ability to mentor, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation capabilities.
Advanced knowledge of underwriting standards and carrier relationship management.
