What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Assess residents and communicate changes in condition promptly

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Respond confidently to changes in resident status and emergencies

• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence

• Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide outstanding care

What We're Looking For

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license

• Current CPR certification

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• A compassionate, dependable team player

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required—we welcome motivated nurses looking to grow!
