Advanced Behavioral Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team of caring professionals. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in our center-based, in-home, and community-based settings. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral therapy to children with ASD using the principles of ABA

  • Implement individualized treatment plans and modify strategies as needed

  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care

  • Maintain accurate records and data collection

  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • At least 18 years old

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

  • Ability to pass a background check

Required Skills:

  • Experience working with children

  • Willing and able to complete a free RBT training program, including 40 hours of self-paced online coursework

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team

  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
