Fountain View Healthcare is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Night Shift Supervisor. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high‑quality, and compassionate resident care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Supervise staff providing direct nursing care in accordance with each resident’s plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation

• Oversee and support Nursing Assistants in day‑to‑day clinical duties

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

• Promote a safe, respectful, and team‑oriented work environment during the overnight shift

• Nursing degree from an accredited program

• Current, active, and unencumbered Ohio LPN or RN license

• Current CPR certification

• Minimum of one year of Long‑Term Care experience

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, long‑term care regulations, and clinical procedures

• Excellent communication, leadership, and critical‑thinking skills

• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, staff, physicians, and external agencies

• Strong organization and prioritization abilities
