Production Operator

Print Shop Operator Monroe, NC | $19–$21/hr | 2 Days On / 2 Days Off Rotating Shifts (A, B, C, D) Day and Night shift

About the Company Join a growing global packaging manufacturer producing plastic tubs and lids in the food and beverage industry. A large production facility expanding rapidly and looking for motivated operators to grow with the team.

What You'll Do

• Operate print shop equipment to produce labels and packaging materials to specification
• Monitor machines during production runs and make adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and accuracy requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Document production output and report any defects or equipment issues to supervisors
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or print environment preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
• Team player with good communication skills

Schedule 2 days on / 2 days off rotating schedule across 4 shifts (A, B, C, D) — great work-life balance with every other stretch of days off!
