Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My husband is 86 & has dementia. He is very self-sufficient, needs no help with personal hygiene (toilet, etc.) He is quiet & polite, naps alot, can still take a 45 minute walk in Steilacoom and return home safely. I really need someone to be here when I go grocery shopping, etc. It tires him out and he gets confused trying to help me. He has trouble finding words and understand long explanations. If the shopping trips work out with a stranger staying here , I might be comfortable visiting a friend on occasion. About the care needs: An adult who can respect him and understands the disease. Services needed include: companionship.
