Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My mom is a sweetheart but she was hospitalized in June due to severe dehydration and a UTI. Her vitamin B1 was also very low which caused. some memory loss. She just needs assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting. She can walk a little but prefers to stay in bed due to being scared she's going to fall. She is able to feed herself. About the care needs: Someone who loves their job, good at communicating, and can make small simple meals. Also someone who will properly care for my mom Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
