Hospice Nurse (RN) - Flexible Schedule

Job Title: Visit Nurse – Hospice RN (Growth Opportunity)

Company: Superior Hospice (part of the Home Health Care, Inc. family)

Compensation: $40 – $52 per visit + mileage reimbursement

Benefits: Full Benefits Package (when transitioned to full-time)

Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area – 21-county service area

Schedule: Part-Time to Start | Opportunity to Transition to Full-Time as Patient Volume Grows

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide routine and PRN visits in homes, assisted living, and memory care settings
  
• Deliver pain and symptom management, wound care, and clinical evaluations
  
• Communicate compassionately with patients and families about the hospice journey
  
• Coordinate with MDs, intake, chaplains, and the broader interdisciplinary team
  
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in the EMR
  

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Minnesota
  
• Prior hospice experience highly preferred (oncology, palliative, or end-of-life med-surg experience also considered)
  
• Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
  
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  
• Comfortable with field-based, autonomous work
