Territory Sales Manager, Infrastructure Solutions

Denver, CO | Remote with Regional Travel


A growing organization in the infrastructure space is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support continued expansion across the Denver and Rocky Mountain Market. This role focuses on developing long-term relationships and supporting project-driven opportunities within civil, municipal, water, stormwater, and site infrastructure markets throughout the region.


This position offers autonomy, regional ownership, and the opportunity to work closely with engineers, municipalities, public agencies, contractors, and internal technical teams throughout the full project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with engineering firms, public agencies, municipalities, contractors, and industry partners across the Colorado & Rocky Mountain market

Support project opportunities from early planning and specification through construction and execution

Participate in meetings, technical presentations, and site visits to support project development

Collaborate with internal technical, estimating, and operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery

Maintain an active pipeline and manage territory activity to support growth objectives


Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales, engineering, project coordination, or business development within civil, municipal, water, stormwater, or infrastructure-related markets

Comfortable operating in a relationship-driven, project-based sales environment

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles

Highly self-directed with strong organization and follow-through

Based in the Denver area with flexibility for regional travel
